What is your welcome procedure by name?
You will be greeted with the name you will confirm. However, according to the laws of the Republic of Turkey, the names of the passengers are reported to the Ministry of Transport. (This information is not shared with other people).

Do you have a fee request for extra waiting at the airport?
The maximum waiting time at the airport is 1 hour. An additional fee is charged for waiting times above this.

Do you charge a cancellation fee in case of flight cancellation?
If your flight is canceled and you notify it at least 4 hours in advance, no cancellation fee will be charged.
